Item Description
1.25" button has union bug back stamp and spring pin holds 3.75" tall fabric tassel. The red rim of the button is faded and there are five cracks in the celluloid ranging from about .25" to 1.25". Still the photo remains clear and shown is famous Boston announcer holding a megaphone to his mouth. In addition to this role, Jackson is credited with discovering Sy Rosenthal in 1921, the first Jewish player on the Boston team. Richard Merkin Collection. Comes with Hake's COA.
