Ring is dark red plastic with green insert which has the words "Space Patrol" in reverse lettering. With the ring comes the seldom seen 5/8" dia. circular yellow plastic container which pops open and contains a black ink pad. The ring top was applied to the ink pad and then the words "Space Patrol" could be stamped on papers with the show title appearing correctly. Ink pad is dried out and the black ink very slightly discolored the side edge of the yellow compartment but the ring itself is Mint with no traces of black ink stains. Early 1950s. Rarely seen complete. We've had only a few earlier examples and our last realized $450.
