Third page has thank you letter with text including “We Are Deeply Grateful To Many People And Organizations For Their Services. First, To Brian Epstein And The Beatles-John, Paul, George And Ringo-Who Have Generously Donated Their Talents To Make This Evening Possible”. Signed Sincerely Leo Hausman, President United Cerebral Palsy of New York City. Left side has list of names on "The Committee." Back cover lists “The Beneficiaries Retarded Infants Services, Inc./United Cerebral Palsy Of New York City, Inc.” with brief description of their work. Program has lt. creasing with horizontal fold line running across bottom third. Very rare for event held at small venue which had only 3,682 attendees.
