See previous item #3094 for invitation to this event and further information. 6x10" four page high quality paper folder for event held September 20, 1964 at 8:30 P.M. at New York’s Paramount Theatre. Front cover has title, first inside page lists co-hosts Ed Sullivan, Steve Lawrence, Eydie Gorme. Third page has thank you letter with text including “We Are Deeply Grateful To Many People And Organizations For Their Services. First, To Brian Epstein And The Beatles-John, Paul, George And Ringo-Who Have Generously Donated Their Talents To Make This Evening Possible”. Signed Sincerely Leo Hausman, President United Cerebral Palsy of New York City. Left side has list of names on "The Committee." Back cover lists “The Beneficiaries Retarded Infants Services, Inc./United Cerebral Palsy Of New York City, Inc.” with brief description of their work. Program has lt. creasing with horizontal fold line running across bottom third. Inside pages are lightly tanned at top from cellophane tape scrapbook removal which is a bit noticeable on back cover which is also dust soiled. Covers have some tanning here and there. Overall VG+. Very rare for event held at small venue which had only 3,682 attendees.
