See previous item #956. Each is 2.5x4" by Sarony New York City c. 1870s. Rose Coghlan (1853-1932) first came to America in 1871 to play in burlesque with Lydia Thompson and her British Blonds. Camille Dubois was a British actress and dancer who first achieved success as a member of Lydia Thompson's burlesque show which came to the US in 1868. She then went on to a successful career on her own. Cards have tiny bit of wear around extreme edges. VF. Wonderful images of two attractive women who were quite successful in their day. VF.
