Cardboard box has foil covered cardboard insert with text "Seasons Greetings" and art image of poinsettia. Contains 6-5/8" long bat pen and 6.5" long mechanical bat pencil. Each has art image of baseball with year "1941" along with text at right "Brooklyn Dodgers/World Series/New York Yankees" and "National League American" logo in center. Pen tip has image of baseball with text "Batter-Up". Original gift box is a bit worn but still bright and VF. Pencil has tiny trace of discoloration from rubber band no longer present, otherwise set is unused and NM. The Yankees won the Series 4-1 over the Dodgers. A rare set.
