Item is 3.25" tall with an embossed tin hanger at the top reading "16 To 1" and this has a vertical stickpin on reverse plus attached rwb American flag ribbon joining to a 1.75" silver luster frame with celluloid at center featuring both their portraits along with a partial design of a rising sun as well as an industrial gear. Front has very small amount of silver luster loss with much still remaining. Reverse has small trace of thin translucent glue hardly noticeable and causing no problem. A very rare ribbon badge and the first we've seen. Exc.
