Item Description
Movable stickpin holds .75" celluloid disc marked by name of maker "A. G. Trimble Pittsburgh." This is the earliest item we've ever come across for this Pittsburgh button maker. Reverse of the disc reads "Loyal Orangemen's Outing/Westview Park, July 13, 1918/Contributor/To Welfare Fund/For Our Boys/At The Front." Only example we've seen. Rare and essentially Mint. See Pershing paperweight mirror #896.
