Item Description
1.75" with female figure representing Miss Liberty draped in an American flag and holding aloft a rectangular portrait of Pershing. Issued at the time of his death in 1948. Only marking is on the curl consisting of a copyright symbol and the letters "H.R.F." We've seen a very similar piece as a black and white celluloid but this example appearing in a hand-colored style is the first we've seen. Exc. and displays Mint.
