Item consists of 2-1/8" celluloid button with collet holding gold on blue fabric ribbon for a total height of 6". Top has embossed brass NM luster bar pin with cello insert reading "Delegate." Ribbon text reads "Seventeenth Annual Convention Wisconsin State Federation Of Labor/Eau Claire, Wis. July 21, 1909." Button repeats name "Wisconsin State Federation Of Labor" and adds "Organized 1893." At center is flag design with text on the flag "Wage Workers Unite Or Perish" and text above the flag "Freedom Through Organization" and with text below the flag "Affiliated With A.F. of L." Reverse has W&H backpaper. Trivial loss of a little gold color on the lettering but otherwise essentially Mint as made. Morry Greener Collection.
