Item Description
7 7/8"x10" superb mat finish photo c.1940s has wonderful image of Edgar Bergen with Charlie, Mortimer Snerd and Effie Klinker looking out from simulated wood frame. Photo is signed in clear area in blue ink at bottom “To Pattie All The Best From Edgar Bergen And Charlie”. Blank margins have a few lt. handling creases but photo will mat and frame to Fine appearance with bold signature. Effie Klinker debuted in 1944 and this is likely one of her earliest publicity photos. Great for display. Comes with Hake’s COA and JSA COA.
