15x20" mat board has 4-1/8x12-1/8" opening revealing nice acrylic painting showing large ice cream cone in center surrounded by ring master, clown juggling balls, and female bareback rider. Top has text "Summer Thrills". Reverse side has ballpoint pen name of apparent artist Carole Koppel with pencil text "Adv. Design 1953". Original mat has some dust soil and scattered lt. wear but painting itself has near Exc. appearance. Unique and great for framing. Well done.
