Item Description
9.5x12" sheet of two peg animation paper has wonderful 5x8.5" lead pencil image area with Hillbilly pointing rifle with long barrel at Bugs who is leaning on barrel tip holding a carrot. Robert McKimson directed this 1950 Merrie Melodies cartoon. Plot line has hillbillies' hunting attempts foiled by Bugs Bunny and they are determined to get revenge on Bugs but he outsmarts them and eventually leads them into a violent square dance involving slapstick comedy gags. The hillbillies have obtained a high status among cartoon fans. Blank top margin edge has a few small tears and sheet has a few lt. creases here and there around edges but overall sheet is Fine with Exc. art which is superbly drawn.
