Made by Park Murfreesboro Tenn. 2.25x3-3/8x5/8" deep gold striped box marked "No.14 Made In U.S.A." on one end. Exc. Box contains original foam insert holding 1-1/8x2-1/8" gold finish aluminum lighter with nice embossed scroll work design. Front has text "Winner Kentucky Club Derby Day Bonanza 1967". Contains guarantee/instruction paper which includes text "America's First Lighter Maker Made In U.S.A. To The Standards Of American Industry" with patriotic design including eagle with open talons. Unused and NM.
