Item Description
8x10" with wonderful c. 1920s image in front of brownstone mansion standing between two specially dressed child solicitors wearing sweaters and knit caps with Christmas Seal emblems and holding special folders with text on one "Buy Christmas Seals Fight Tuberculosis Give Health". A few barely noticeable lt. handling creases, otherwise Fine/VF. Pinchot (1865-1946) was the first chief of the United States Forest Service from 1905 to 1910 and the 28th governor of PA 1923-1927 and 1931-1935. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
