2-1/8" with W&H back paper. While promoting the state of Washington, item was apparently issued for a convention of some sort and reads beneath his portrait "S.G.L. Baltimore, 1903." Clockwise are symbolic scenes representing "Fisheries/Mining/Cedar Shingles/Shipping/Grain/Lumbering." Rare and essentially Mint. Morry Greener Collection.
