Item Description
Given Franklin's fame it's surprising how few small collectible badge type items exist to commemorate him. Here is a rare and outstanding one. The brass is 2.5" tall with eagle perched above "Souvenir" bar pin. Below is the word "Bicentenary" along with tiny dates "Jan. 17th/1706/1906." At center is large highly detailed portrait of him surrounded by text "B. Franklin Celebration Philadelphia." Back has maker name Schwaab of Milwaukee. NM luster and the only one we've seen.
