Leg is 3.75" tall with a raised heel boot covering the foot. Upper portion is designed as if there is a skirt with an inverted V accent a bit above the knee. Skirt area is covered in tiny indentations with red and green accents. Likewise the boot has tiny accents but only a couple of the green dots remains on its vertical seam. One side of the piece has several dark brown marks which are apparently in the original material. At the top of the leg is a slot and a tiny pin which passes through the leg holding a narrow 1.5" long pick that comes to a precise point. We think the piece is 19th century. Beautifully crafted. A number of tiny dots of color are off the design but still a most interesting hand crafted piece.
