Some wear around edges with lt. creasing most noticeable at right side edge. VG. 8.5x11" program has silver accent front and back cover with image on front cover of car racing between images of speedway building. Contains 96 pages loaded with great ads and Indy 500 related contents for race which began in 1911. Wilbur Shaw won in 1937. Covers have lt. handling creases and trace of lt. dust soil. VF. Contents are Exc. Comes with nice 8x10" glossy vintage photo of winner Wilbur Shaw sitting in driver’s seat wearing helmet with goggles on his chest and facsimile signature at bottom. Photographer ink stamp on back P. M. Kirkpatrick. A few lt. handling creases mostly just visible in reflected light. VF. Also includes 8.5x14" typewritten list of competitors in the order that they finished including race car model, time, MPH. Wilbur Shaw is listed in position 1 driving a Shaw Gilmore Special with time of 4:24:07.80 at 113.580 MPH Sheet has been folded in half as mailed, otherwise Exc.
