Athletes pictured include Jesse Owens, Sonja Henie, Cornelis Johnson, along with group card including Jesse Owens and Ralph Metcalfe together and card with runners including Jesse Owens (see next item #1191 which includes Owens and Metcalfe’s autographs). Some cards feature Nazis in uniform firing pistol and one card shows Hitler at microphone with crowd saluting and Hitler receiving olive branch from priest. Covers have dust soil with some moisture marks here and there, back cover has diagonal tear repaired on inside with cellophane tape as does last inside text page.
