Item Description
8.25x10" vintage photo shows Charles "Charley" Ellsworth Grapewin with Paramount Pictures 1938 copyright. Indicia at bottom margin. Best known for his portrayal as Uncle Henry in 1939's "The Wizard Of Oz." Also as Grandpa Joad in "The Grapes Of Wrath." Grapewin has boldly signed in blue ink. Corner wear and 1/8" spot of discoloration along right-hand side margin. VF overall but totally bright and glossy and would frame to a NM appearance. A scarce signed photo. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA LOA.
