Vast majority of the buttons are from the 1960s into the 1980s. Vast majority of buttons carry the words "For President" although others say "Elect", "Vote", and a few related variations. Top to bottom and left to right briefly we have the Brain from 'Pinky and the Brain' from 1996, Sylvia by Nicole Hollander c. 1984, two for Pogo 1956 small litho and 1980 larger cello, Casper, Trix rabbit vote "Yes!" button but with clip rather than pin on reverse. Andy Gump, choice color Betty Boop from 1980, 12 lithos from 1964 showing various Hanna-Barbera characters including Huck and Yogi, large Fred Flintstone, scarce Bullwinkle from 1984, unauthorized Donald Duck from 1976, Bozo from 1988, six Warner Bros. characters c. 1992, pair of reproduction Yogi and Huck buttons based on the original 1964 buttons. These carry that copyright but they are unauthorized knock-offs from sometime later, probably in the 1980s. Next is scarce 1968 Dennis the Menace "Cast Your Ballot" button from Sears along with a 3" litho "Vote Apple Pie" (this has moderate paint wear). Next is "Tom & Jerry For President." They are wearing hats probably designated with a TV channel number. Small paint scuff lower right. Next are four buttons picturing Jim Henson's Miss Piggy and Kermit the frog. These are from 1980 and the matching 3.5" pair has realized over $100 when we've offered them in the past. Last is the character "Boney." See the following five groups of spoof "For President" buttons.
