This group of 15 buttons ranges from the smallest and earliest 1" showing radio star of Lum & Abner program and reading "Let's 'Lect Lum Edwards For President." The largest in the group is in the bottom row reading "Gumby For President" and this is 3". In between we have 1950s Lassie (tiny age), the basset hound Cleo from "The People's Choice", rare "Muldoon For President" from Car 54. This has tiny gray mark on letter "D" and faint mark right of portrait. Our example of this button from the Hake Collection in Auction #190 inspired an intense bidding battle with a final result of $460. Next comes Fonzie and John Travolta both from 1976. Next is scarce "Eddie" from Leave It to Beaver with 1983 copyright on curl. Next are three buttons "Mary Hartman For President." These are from 1976. Next is "Big Bird." Undated but c. 1980s.
