Item Description
From same set as #1251. Bottom margin text reads "Almendares 1910 Gervasio Gonzalez C. Punch Cigarros." Tiny 1/16" hole at top right. Bold and distinct image. Elected to the Cuban Baseball Hall Of Fame in its inaugural year of 1939. "Strike" Gonzalez played in the Cuban leagues from 1902-1920 as well as spending time in the Negro Leagues. Designated by SGC as being from the "Richard Merkin Collection" and comes with Hake's COA.
