11.25x14.25" hardcover book with velvet-like covering has silver foil-embossed circle with Columbia name and torch-bearing mascot. Printed by Columbia Pictures to promote films for the 1933-1934 season. Book highlights stars and films with vivid art and color. Some stars include Leslie Howard, Jack Holt, Carole Lombard, Robert Montgomery as well as directors Frank Borzage and Frank Capra. Films include "Hello Big Boy!, King of the Wild Horses, Men Need Women, Whom The Gods Destroy, Fog." Also includes full color ad pages for Mickey Mouse and Walt Disney's Silly Symphonies as well as Scrappy and Krazy Kat shorts. Pages are brilliantly colored with vivid and beautiful art. Contents are Exc. Cover has some handling/edge wear. Overall lt. scratches in flocking of cover, mostly on back. Fine. Additional photos online.
