5.75x19.75" art board has 4-1/8x17" India ink image area with four panels for May 26, 1930. Storyline has Jiggs smoking cigar in three panels trying to figure out a way to get out of the house and go to Dinty Moores. Angry Maggie confronts him in panel four saying "Say! Do You Think You're Going To Lay Here All Day? Get Out Of This House - I've Got Some Ladies Coming And I Don't Want Them To See You!" as Jiggs jumps in midair. Art is signed at the bottom of panel four in ink by cartoonist-creator "Geo McManus". Panel two has applied paper copyright sticker. Blank margins have lt. dust soil, image area will mat and frame to Exc. appearance. A classic.
