Item Description
1-7/16" white metal holed as made and encapsulated (removable) by grading service Numismatic Guaranty Corporation. Their label specifies William Weber Collection and "OBV DAMAGE", although this refers only to Douglas's obviously flattened nose tip and slight flattening of his right eyebrow. All other features are NM. Obverse includes name of issuer Henning & Eymann N.Y. and reverse reads "Democratic Candidate For Sixteenth President Of The United States." Also see Lincoln medal 1864-1 from this same collection as our #193. Rare.
