Auction #205 - Part I
Item numbers 1 through 1426 in auction 205
Item Description
Hake #243. 1.25" with draped flag and jugate photos of "Roosevelt" along with his running mate "Woodruff." Curl reads "Rockwood, N.Y." with text "Copyright 1898" not readable as it is below the collet. Reverse also includes W&H backpaper. Reverse has .5" hairline cello split but barely visible and causing no problem. Front of the piece has five barely perceptible tiny gray age dots on extreme right edge. High gloss with almost no surface wear. Still a gorgeous example and a rare jugate picturing TR in uniform.
