Outer edge is inscribed "Golden Jubilee Convention/National Republican League." Reverse of the piece depicts "Musical Fund Hall" building. Below the building text reads "Musical Fund Hall/Philadelphia, Pa. June 16-19/1906." The surrounding rim reads "1856/Meeting Place Of First/National Republican Convention/1906."
