Item Description
Hake #3112. The piece is 5-7/8" tall. Top has mint brass luster hanger although missing a celluloid insert which read "Inauguration/Washington, D.C./March 4th 1913." While regrettable this is missing the rest of the piece is in superb condition. The ribbon is bright and clean. The 3.5" celluloid is NM displaying Mint with almost no surface wear at all. The celluloid is backed by its original gray cardboard. Scarce in its own right and rarely seen this fresh.
