c. 1960s. Likely done by an ad agency for Buster Brown shoe promotion, perhaps featuring toy cars. 19x24" sheet of cardboard has "Funny Cars" text at top. Center has 15.75x19.75" sheet of art paper stapled in place with image area done in India ink and litho crayon with some white paint accents. Center area has three hot rods lined up and sides have total of four different images of Buster and Tige racing. Vehicles include rocket racer, hot rod coupe, rail dragster, and wheel standing coupe. Bottom of sheet has applied paper with text "Alternate Theme Crazy Cars." Backing board and art paper are a bit rippled near bottom, but most of image area will mat and frame to near Exc. appearance. Nice tie-in to popularity of drag racing in the 1960s.
