Item Description
Each of the buttons is 1.75" and the ribbons are about 5.5" long. The Republican buttons have ribbons with election dates in 1938, 1939, 1941, 1950, 1953, 1954, 1955. The one undated ribbon is suspended from a jugate button showing candidates for council, we believe in Philadelphia. The "Democrat" items consist of a pair of identical buttons dated for 1937. The final item was issued for "Inauguration of Gov. Earle - 1935" and has "Leigh County" ribbon. Aside from a few scattered crease lines on the ribbons everything is extremely clean and fresh. A rather unusually themed collection great to display as is or build upon.
