Item Description
10" long. 1935. Daisy Mfg. 6x9.75x2" box. Wonderful front illustration of Buck shooting the word "Disintegrator." Side panel shows space action scenes. Back panel shows illustration of gun and identifies the important features including "Sub Atomic Condenser/Electronic Compression View Plate/Electornic Compression Chamber/Compression Chamber Cooling Ribs." Lengthy text explains "Dr. Huer Tells How It Works." Flattened box shows wear. Missing three of four small inside flaps and .5x1" area at front and back corners. One end flap is loose but present. Box is VG but with reattachment of loose flap could be assembled to be presentable for display. Co. Gun was issued w/bright copper luster, has most of the original finish. Overall has worn and aged to nice muted coppertone. Has a few spots worn to the base metal finish (not offensive). Designed to spark, needs flint replaced. Produces loud pop. Area above trigger has embossed Buck Rogers logo, gun name and company name. Gun still has nice appearance. Overall Fine.
