14x20" first and only printing for Sep. 29-30, 1967 concert at Straight Theater, a San Francisco, CA. venue on Haight St. Printed by Double-H Press. Concert featured The Grateful Dead and The Sons Of Champlin. Psychedelic art has image of Icarus-like winged man with red tone photo of Grateful Dead band at center. Pyramid with all-seeing eye at bottom center margin. "Dance Classes" written in blue ink below band photo. We have seen other examples with this same notation. Otherwise clean and Exc. Scarce and desirable Dead poster.
