14-3/8x20" first printing for March 24-26, 1967 concerts at Avalon Ballroom that featured Grateful Dead, Quicksilver Messenger Service, John Hammond & His Screaming Nighthawks, Robert Baker. Design by Rick Griffin featuring early photo of three soldiers from India in full regalia. Staple holes at each corner and top/bottom center margins. Lt. margin aging. Appearance remains clean. Fine.
