8.5” wide, 10.5” tall painted composition with classic likeness of Elsie depicted chest up wearing apron with decal name and daisy necklace. Figure has fading, some crazing, and light paint wear. Overall VG. Despite problems, a scarce Elsie item due to fragile material.
