8.5x11.5" folded stiff thin cardboard opens to 11.5x16.75". Colorforms-like design handed out to children on TWA flights c. 1950-1960s. Back cover has blue ink inscription/signature " Hi Linda - On March 3rd Send Me A Piece Of Your Birthday Cake. Ed Sullivan." Most likely signed to child on same flight as Sullivan. Item has lt. handling wear/aging and is Fine with an Exc. inscription/signature. Comes with Hake's COA and JSA COA.
