Item Description
4.25x6.5" cabinet photo issued by National Photographic View Co. NY has penciled date of April 1887 on reverse. Front has sharp image of seven women seated and seven men standing with numerous hats in foreground in front of building. Blank margin edges have trace of lt. dust soil. Fine with VF image. Second photo has 12x13-7/8" mount with 8x10" photo in center of apparent employee band with all members dressed as sailors and text on drum and banners "Otis Elevator Transportation Association Yonkers N.Y." Truck at left has 1915 license plate. Mount has some dust soil and top portion of photo has a few very faint hairline scratches. Overall Fine. Interesting scenes. From the Richard Merkin Collection and comes with Hake's COA.
