10.5x16.5" mailing envelope contains complete premium issued by Nabisco in 1954. Margin wear with a few creases and scattered moisture staining. No mailing label. Fine. Premium consists of a large die-cut stiff cardboard "Totem Head" designed to fit over head and includes two different "faces." Other parts include cardboard sheet with punch-out ear and nose pieces plus original business-size envelope with printing noting the enclosed "Magic Forehead Vision." This is a thin silver plastic sheet that attaches over the eye opening. Unused and NM/Mint as issued.
