When plugged in and switch is turned on, jointed Popeye and Wimpy figures move back and forth as if sawing log. Likely made by a company employee to exhibit at county fairs, trade shows, etc. Light dust soil and aging. One of the motion belts has stretched a bit, but display still works well. Overall Fine/VF. Wonderful concept and design.
