The film combines live-action w/animation and stars Philip Thomas, Charles Gordone, Barry White and Scatman Crothers. Cels depict human male smoking cigarette, a uniformed insect person, a scantily-clad winged insect woman and a small dragon creature. The last three are a cel set-up, overlapping to form one scene.
