9.5" tall with cello "1904" insert on fancy embossed brass hanger. Gold text includes words quoted in our title along with "Republican Marching Club." There are a pair of rippled fabric flags above the 1.75" celluloid held below by a series of pointed tabs on the reverse which attach it to the fabric. The fabric has three hairline horizontal splits but these have been neatly repaired on the reverse and show very little from the front. One of these is above the name Roosevelt, one is above the fabric flag, and one is below the company name "Hamilton Watch Co." The celluloid clock face remains Mint. Only example we've seen. Rare.
