1.75" with spring pin holding 2" flag ribbon. This is a variety of Hake numbers 68 and 70. Reads "Reception Com. Little Rock, Ark." Celluloid has tiny 1/16" shallow cut on extreme top edge but still displays Exc. with full gloss. Rare.
