Item Description
4.5x4.75x4 5/8" tall plaster figure of a nude Hawaiian woman straddling an ashtray. Lip of ashtray is inscribed w/"The Best 'Lei' In Hawaii." Edge is ringed w/colorful floral lei which folds create a cigarette holder. The 2.75" dia. glass dish is inserted into base. Woman's eyes are closed and her head is tilted back revealing a vibrant tropical flower in her hair. She gathers lei at her crotch, discreetly covering herself. Made in 1954 by Plastic Arts and piece is signed by artist Gillette. Small paint flakes to glass dish and woman's fingers. VF w/Exc. appearance.
