Item Description
8.75x11.25" faux leather-bound hardcover w/144 pages. "1956 Norwester" yearbook for Upper Arlington High School, Columbus, OH. This is Nicklaus's Junior yearbook. Typical school portrait within, Nicklaus is not unsurprisingly featured as the co-captain of the "State Golf Champs" in the golf team photo. Nicklaus is also shown decorating a Christmas tree, though his name is misspelled "Nicklis." Nicklaus, nicknamed "The Golden Bear," is an American professional golfer. By winning a total of 18 career major championships while producing 19 second place and nine third place finishes in major events on the PGA Tour over a span of 25 years, he is widely regarded as the most accomplished professional golfer of all time. Yearbook has cover wear and is Fine/VF and Exc. pages.
