Letter is three "pages" long, written in fountain pen ink. Letter contents include - large "My God!" dominating first page, and Sendak thanks Wahl for a picture he received. Content also includes - "Editors Have Turned Into Demons & They Howl At my Door & Scream At Me Via Phone. My Poor Little Hands Shake & I Swallow Bottles Of Aspirins Daily." Signed "Maurice."
