c. late 1960s for premiums that were never produced. 9.25x12.75" artboards have overlay sheets and thin mats with 7x9.5" openings revealing ink and colored pencil art on sheet of vellum art paper. First offers "Plastic Dueling Pirates" w/two dueling w/pirate ship in background. Second offers "Pirate Cannon With 3 Cannon Balls" w/cut-out ship designed to be on box back for inside box premium. "Free Inside" text at top. Vellum sheets are attached to artboards w/tape around blank margins not evident from front. Exc. Nicely designed. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold, accompanied by a letter to that effect from Gordon Gold.
