Item Description
c. 1969 for a premium that was never produced. 6.5x9.5" sheet has ink and color pencil art of Penelope offering "Free Inside This Package Actual Plastic Model Of My Car" and gesturing above at car as crowd looks on. Sheet is glued in place on back to construction paper at top edge causing a .5" tan streak, art o/w Exc. Nicely designed. Penelope Pitstop appeared in the Hanna-Barbera series "Wacky Races," and starred in "The Perils of Penelope" spin-off. From the archives of premium creators Sam & Gordon Gold, accompanied by a letter to that effect from Gordon Gold.
