Item Description
8.5x11.5" folded document opens to 8.5x23" and is dated Jan. 7, 1958. Bank of America "Mortgage Of Chattels - Pledge And Assignment" document notes the previous loan of $8,500,000 for the production of various ABC TV projects including - "Mickey Mouse Club, Zorro, Tomorrowland, Fantasyland" and "Adventureland" episodes - as outlined on attached typed onionskin paper. This acted as collateral against future productions. Signed by Walt Disney Productions President Roy O. Disney and Secretary Luther R. Marr. Document has been notarized. Light aging/corner tip wear but Exc. overall. An interesting Disney document greatly enhanced by Roy's signature. From the Phil Delaney Collection. Comes with Hake's COA.
