Item Description
Lead pencil art is attributed to Tom Wood for promotion of cartoon released on June 16, 1934 which was directed by Dave Hand. 9.5x12" sheet of animation paper has image filling almost entire sheet. Clean and tight drawing has Mickey in cab of steamroller waving at nephews Morty and Ferdy who are in baby carriage being pushed by Minnie. Lt. margin aging, but most of image area has Exc. appearance. Nephew Ferdy first appeared in the Mickey Mouse comic strip on Sept. 18, 1932 and this was his only cartoon appearance. Well drawn.
