Vol.2 No.3 Mar. 1953 features a cover with a gun moll with smoking gun hiding from police. "Detective Novel Magazine" was published quarterly by Better Publications, Inc. Vol.22 No. 3, Spring 1949 features a fleeing blond being pursued by man w/outstretched hands. "Popular Detective" was published every other month by Better Publications, Inc. Vol.36, No. 2, Mar. 1949; Vol.37, No.1, Jul. 1949; Vol.37, No. 2, Nov. 1949. No. 3 features detailed cover with unconscious female being rescued from skeleton-strewn dungeon. "Mammoth Mystery" was published by the Ziff-Davis Publishing Co. Vol.2 No.6, Dec. 1946. This pulp features a magnificent cover of a man and corpse being looked upon by a giant eye. Two issues of "Popular Detective" have covers by Belarski. All issues in lot have usual and typical overlap of wear in front and back covers. Some scattered chipping to this overlapped area.
